I am a solution focused & strengths based therapist that centers on the client. I utilize evidence based practices. I create a highly supportive and safe environment where we review needs and goals and collaboratively create a plan tailored to each individuals' specific circumstances. This personalized treatment I offer is influenced by many treatment modalities; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Systems Theory, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy and EMDR.


My areas of interest include grief and loss, adjustment to illness (chronic or acute), anxiety, depression, parenting issues, life transitions, relationship conflict, and post-partum issues.
